Habits and How It Changed Me

HERE ARE SOME THINGS I'm working on to improve my life. "What you do everyday matters more than what you do every once in a while."- Gretchen Rubin In San Francisco's Alexander Bookstore, I saw Charles Duhigg's book, "The Power Of Habits." It's a yellow, hard bound book that discussed why habits exist and how we can change them.
